1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using ShowFaithCHH.com (the “Site”), including browsing events, creating an account (if offered), or submitting an event, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization (church, promoter, venue, label, etc.), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What ShowFaithCHH is

ShowFaithCHH is an online directory and discovery platform for Christian hip-hop (CHH) and Christian R&B events across all of the United States. Users can browse events by state. Promoters and organizers may submit events for publication, subject to these Terms and our review or paid auto-publish rules.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

3. Not a ticket seller (unless we say otherwise)

Unless we clearly state otherwise on a specific page:

  • ShowFaithCHH lists and promotes event information.
  • We are not the organizer, venue, or ticket seller for third-party events.
  • Ticket purchases, refunds, door policies, age limits, and event cancellations are between you and the organizer / their ticketing provider.
  • Event details (date, time, price, lineup, location) are provided by submitters or other sources and may change. Always verify with the organizer before you travel or buy tickets.

4. Accounts

If the Site offers accounts:

  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or submit events. If you are under 18, use the Site only with a parent/guardian’s involvement as required by law.

5. Event submissions (promoters / organizers)

5.1 Your responsibilities

When you submit an event, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to publish the event information and any images, logos, or copy you upload.
  • The listing is accurate and not misleading.
  • The event is a legitimate CHH / Christian R&B / related faith-aligned entertainment event (or fits categories we allow).
  • You will promptly update or request removal if the event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed.
  • Your submission does not violate law, infringe IP, or defame anyone.

5.2 Review vs paid auto-publish

  • Unpaid submissions may be held for review. We may approve, edit for clarity, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
  • Paid submissions (when offered; e.g. a fee such as about $20) may auto-publish when our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) is live and payment succeeds, subject to these Terms and our right to remove listings that violate policy or law.
  • Fees for submission/publication services are generally non-refundable once processing begins or the listing is published, except where required by law or where we cancel the service without providing the listing.

5.3 Our rights in submissions

You grant ShowFaithCHH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your submitted event content on the Site and in related marketing (social, email, ads) for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory. You keep ownership of your content.

We may refuse or remove any listing at any time (including after payment) if we believe it violates these Terms, is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, off-brand, or harmful to users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site in a way that overloads or bypasses access controls (except ordinary search-engine crawling we allow).
  • Post spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive listings.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
  • Interfere with Site security or other users’ access.
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Reverse engineer the Site except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s branding, design, software, and original content (excluding your submissions and third-party event content) are owned by ShowFaithCHH LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use our marks without written permission.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email quote@quotechrist.com with enough detail for us to locate the material and respond (a formal DMCA notice if you are in the U.S. is preferred).

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to ticketing sites, venues, social platforms, Stripe, analytics, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their terms/privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOWFAITHCHH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify ShowFaithCHH LLC against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your submissions, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.

12. Payments

Paid features (when available) are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. Their terms apply to payment processing. You authorize us and the processor to charge your payment method for the stated fees and applicable taxes.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access or remove content at any time. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Virginia (Chesapeake / Eastern District of Virginia as applicable), unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid services may be called out more clearly when practicable.
